Dual Station Rotary UV Laser Marking Machine

This dual-station rotary table UV Laser Marking Machine was customized to meet customer needs. It's used to mark logos on circular white fan panels and the functions of knobs and buttons on control panels. Previously, the customer used two standard UV Laser Marking Machines, using a custom positioning plate and manual alignment to ensure accurate marking position and angle. However, manual installation of the three screw holes on the lower edge of the circular panels was inefficient. After in-depth discussions with the customer about upgrading to automation, they ultimately opted for a rotary table. The positioning holes, custom-designed according to the customer's drawings, allow for simultaneous compatibility with both panels. Furthermore, semi-automated marking can be achieved by pressing a foot switch after batch placement. This allows a single operator to achieve higher production efficiency than the previous two-person approach.
